I’m a renter and our water heater started to leak all over the floor last Friday evening. I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. Since we are renters, he requested to speak to the owner, and after talking to them he scheduled his crew for next day morning. His team showed up on Saturday morning on time. Water heater was over 20 years old and was not repairable. They covered the floor around the work area and proceeded with replacement. They installed the new heater on the pedestal and added new drain line so it does not flood the floor in the future. Work was done in timely manner. Very happy with their service. Our landlord mentioned that the final bill was also reasonable. Thank you!

Fito and his crew did a fantastic job on our lateral sewer replacement. The whole process was very fast, only took 2.5 days to complete. I would highly recommend Fito Plumbers! We needed to have over 80% of the pipes in our older home replaced, which was a huge undertaking. Fito's crew were professional, friendly, and competent. They finished the work in less time than originally estimated and as promised, put the house back together as if they'd never opened the walls. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and turned the water off as minimally as possible. Every person who came into our home was warm and gracious, easy to talk with and answered all of our questions. Fito has tremendous integrity and has personally trained everyone who works for him. Not only do they do phenomenal work, it is always wonderful to support a family-run business. I highly recommend them! 5 stars!!

Amazing service!!! I called Fito Plumbers on Friday afternoon and they were at my house within a few hours to look for an underground leak in the backyard. Fito (the owner) located the problem in about 20 minutes, incredible! What a super efficient plumbing expert, and honest too--the inspection estimate was $100 less than what two other companies had quoted. Fito also took the time to explain what he was doing and when they were finished, everything was restored to how it was, I couldn't even see where they had dug into the ground anymore. Fito Plumbers will be the only plumbers I ever call again for future repairs!

Fito and his crew are lifesavers! They entirely re-routed our plumbing system and did so much more than what was stated on the contract. Our home was built in 1908, the piping system is old and of course unexpected surprises are found, like water damage and rotting wood. They repaired all of it, with slight adjustments to cost and walked us through it all the way. Fito helps us choose the best quality items, and made suggestions on what would work best. I would choose this company over any other!
